FamilySearch Webinars For June 2022

Enjoy free genealogy webinars in June 2022 provided by the FamilySearch Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

This month’s impressive line-up of online classes includes a 2-day series on Welsh genealogy, two specific classes on Chinese research, one session for Spanish speakers entitled La Investigación genealógica en Sudamérica Sur [Genealogical Research in South America], and a session on Tracing African American Ancestors: Records of the Freedmen’s Bureau. No registration is required.

Other classes to enhance your genealogy skillset include Using FamilySearch Images, US Cemetery Records, the FamilySearch Community, and Help and Resources. If your interest is in the FamilySearch Family Tree, additional sessions will cover Merging Duplicates, Correcting Relationships, Record Hints, and Best Practices & Reason Statements (in Sources). There will be one session on indexing for those interested in helping make historical records more searchable online.
